Who this is
EARTH — Madeira experience is currently a pre-launch project run by its three founders. A registered business name, address, and dedicated contact address will be published here once confirmed.
What we collect
This site has no server of its own — the welcome-gift form submits directly to our email provider, Brevo. We never receive or store your submission ourselves; Brevo does, on our behalf. When you use the form, Brevo receives:
- Your email address.
- Your first name, if you choose to give it.
- Which page or section you submitted the form from, and — if relevant — which retreat you asked about.
- Whether you opted into occasional marketing emails.
We do not ask for a phone number, and we do not collect health information.
What we use it for
- Sending your welcome gift — a one-off transactional email with your 10% discount code. This happens whether or not you opt into marketing.
- Occasional retreat news — only if you explicitly opt in. We use a double opt-in process: you'll receive a separate confirmation email, and you are not added to any marketing list until you confirm it.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for both the welcome-gift email (which you actively request by submitting the form) and for any ongoing marketing emails (which require the separate confirmation described above). You can withdraw consent at any time — see below.
Who processes it
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) is our email delivery and contact-management processor, and the only place your submission is stored — this site itself (hosted as static pages) never sees or retains it. Brevo may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area depending on account configuration; consult Brevo's own privacy and data-transfer documentation for current details.
How long we keep it
We keep your record for as long as your welcome gift or marketing subscription is active, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we keep a minimal suppression record so we don't email you again by mistake — not the full history of your prior activity.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. A direct contact address for exercising these rights will be published here once confirmed by the site owner; in the meantime, these rights still apply and requests will be honoured through whatever contact route is live at the time.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not load advertising trackers or session-replay tools. If we enable basic, privacy-minded analytics in the future, we'll update this page and, where required, ask for consent before anything non-essential runs.
