How the welcome gift works

Terms version 2026-09-05.

• Leave your email through any welcome-gift form on this site and we'll send you a one-off code worth 10% off your first EARTH retreat on Madeira.
• The gift is yours whether or not you also opt into occasional marketing emails — the two are separate choices.
• It's a one-time code per person, for your first EARTH retreat booking only.
• There is no automated checkout yet. To use it, quote the code when you get in touch to book — our team applies it by hand when confirming your reservation.
• We haven't set an expiry date, a minimum spend, or excluded specific retreats — if any of that changes, we'll update this page before it takes effect.
• This isn't combinable with other undisclosed offers we haven't announced, simply because there aren't any yet.

This page describes our current, plain-language intent for the gift, not a fully lawyered promotional contract. If anything here ever conflicts with what our team tells you directly while booking, what our team confirms in writing takes precedence.

Questions about the welcome gift are welcome — see our privacy information for how we handle your data.
